Rates for computer support, PC help & advice at your small business or in your home
From January 1st, 2017 the following rates will apply :-
For a visit to your business or home within my normal working area
£60 per hour ( minimum £60 ) up to a maximum of £240 for a single visit
For a visit to your business or home outside my normal working area
£75 per hour ( minimum £75 ) up to a maximum of £300 for a single visit
For work undertaken at Poorly PC HQ in Woodbridge
Remote support for existing customers
£20 per 20 minutes ( minimum £20 )
Fault finding, diagnostics, repair, performance and clean-up work
Customer drop off & collection : Up to a maximum of £60
New system setup & existing system rebuilds for Windows 10
Customer drop off & collection : £90
Existing system rebuilds & system downgrades for Windows 7 or 8.1
Customer drop off & collection : £120
No Charge – No Obligation Business IT Review & Planning Session
Available to all first-time Poorly PC business customers, a one hour visit will be made to your premises where a review of your current IT setup will be carried out. You will be able to highlight existing issues and discuss any changes or improvements you would like to make. Key and often neglected areas such as backups and security will also be covered. A plan will then be drawn up and used as a basis to agree an ongoing task list. No obligation and no charge, although tea and biscuits are always appreciated.
Free Home PC Health Check
Available to all first-time Poorly PC home customers, comprehensive tests are run on your computer taking ~1 hour. You’ll be given a verbal report and an estimate for Poorly PC to complete any remedial work during the same visit.
For the free health check to take place, the PC must be in a usable state with a responsive Windows desktop. Should any work be needed to get the PC into this condition prior to the health check, this will be chargeable at the above rates.
If a health check is required on more than one machine, then subsequent tests are undertaken at the regular tariff rates above.

Please pay before departure by debit / credit card, cash or cheque.
Alternatively, invoice and payment via BACS transfer within 14 days of invoice date.
